Allows corporations, not-for-profit corporations, and limited liability companies to use their registered agent's office address as their principal office address instead of disclosing a residential address

Entities must attest they have no physical business location other than a residential address to qualify for this provision

Requires the registered agent to consent to having their office address used as the entity's principal office

Entities must provide the Secretary of State with the physical address of at least one officer or director, but this information will not be made available to the public

Amends the Business Corporation Act of 1983, the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, and the Limited Liability Company Act to implement these changes
