Creates the Motor Vehicle Glass Repair Act to regulate auto glass repair and insurance claim practices in Illinois

Prohibits policyholders from assigning or transferring their insurance policy rights, benefits, or duties to glass repair shops; any such contracts are void and unenforceable

Requires glass repair shops to notify customers before service whether their vehicle has an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and whether recalibration is needed after windshield replacement per manufacturer specifications

Bans glass repair shops from offering rebates, gifts, cash, or other incentives to customers or insurance producers in exchange for filing insurance claims

Prohibits shops from charging more than reasonable and customary fees, submitting false documentation, misrepresenting prices, or damaging vehicles to increase repair scope

Preserves consumers' right to choose any glass repair shop for insurance claims while allowing insurers to maintain preferred provider networks
