Increases Medicaid reimbursement rates by 33% for children's dental services including comprehensive oral exams, periodic oral exams, problem-focused exams, behavior management codes, sealants, resin-based composites for posterior teeth, and extraction/surgical extraction procedures.

Rate increases apply to rates in effect on December 31, 2025, with new rates taking effect on January 1, 2027.

Amends Section 5-5 of the Illinois Public Aid Code (Medical Assistance Article).
