Amends the Illinois Freedom of Information Act to extend the response deadline for law enforcement and correctional agencies from 5 business days to 15 business days for public records requests

Creates a new extension category allowing up to 15 additional business days (beyond the original due date) when records require blurring of body camera footage or other redactions before release

Maintains the existing 5 business day response deadline for all other public bodies not classified as law enforcement or correctional agencies

Preserves existing 5 business day extensions for other reasons such as records stored offsite, extensive searches required, or need for inter-agency consultation
