Retail vendors must record buyer information including name, date of birth, driver's license number, and unique ammunition identifiers for each sale, retaining records for at least 3 years

End-user fees of up to 5 cents per round may be assessed to cover program costs, and vendor registration fees up to $50 per year per retail location may be collected
