Creates the Community Hospice and Palliative Care Professional Loan Repayment Program to be established by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission by January 1, 2027

Eligible professionals include physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, social workers, and clinical social workers employed by Medicare-certified hospice programs in Illinois

Maximum annual grant amounts vary by profession: $40,000 for physicians, $20,000 for advanced practice registered nurses, $15,000 for registered nurses and social workers, and $5,000 for licensed practical nurses, with grants available for up to 4 years

Applicants must be Illinois residents with at least 12 consecutive months of hospice work experience, have outstanding educational loan balances, and not be in default on any educational loans

The Act automatically repeals 10 years after its effective date
