Requires school districts, charter schools, and nonpublic schools to post staff-student boundary guidelines and all methods for reporting boundary violations on their websites and include them in staff, student, and parent handbooks.

Modifies employment history review requirements so job applicants only need to provide current employer contact information if they have direct contact with children or students at that employer.

Allows regional offices of education or intermediate service centers to collect and share employment history information for licensed substitute teachers seeking employment in multiple school districts.

Employment history reviews conducted by regional offices of education or intermediate service centers remain valid for one year and can be shared with school districts where the substitute teacher seeks employment.

Expands nonpublic school coverage by removing the limitation to "nonsectarian" schools, applying sexual misconduct policy requirements to all nonpublic elementary and secondary schools.
