Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act to require pesticide registrants to disclose whether products contain PFAS, including the specific chemical name and quantity if present in active or inert ingredients.

Prohibits the Director of Agriculture from registering any pesticide product containing intentionally added PFAS.

Bans the use of any pesticide containing intentionally added PFAS in Illinois.

Beginning January 1, 2030, prohibits the use of any spray adjuvant containing intentionally added PFAS.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to adopt rules implementing these provisions and defines "PFAS" and "intentionally added PFAS."
