Requires the State Board of Elections to adopt rules establishing standardized reporting protocols for election data, including standard identification and human-readable names for data points related to election districts, precincts, and polling places

State Board of Elections must publish compliance guidelines for data standardization by July 1, 2027

Mandates periodic audits by October 1, 2027, and every odd-numbered year thereafter to verify election authorities' data submissions conform to standardization requirements

Beginning with the 2028 general primary election, all election authorities must ensure their reported data conforms to standardization guidelines no less than 75 days before each election

Data standardization requirements under this section take precedence over any conflicting provisions in the Election Code
