Requires the State Board of Education to establish a process by January 1, 2027 for disseminating information about the federal Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program to students with disabilities, parents, guardians, and school transition coordinators.

WIPA is a federally funded program through the Social Security Administration that helps people with disabilities aged 14 and older who receive SSI or SSDI benefits transition to financial independence through employment.

WIPA services include benefits analysis and counseling, assistance navigating work incentives rules, problem-solving with Social Security Administration, and referrals to vocational rehabilitation agencies.

Information distribution must reach school districts, special education joint agreements, and other relevant educational agencies, with options for multiple distribution methods at the local level.

Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/14-8.03) and takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
