Amends the Illinois Charitable Games Act to require that noncash prizes be of nominal value or donated to the organization conducting the game

Increases civil penalties for violations from $250 to $500 per violation for first-time events

Establishes civil penalties of up to $1,500 per violation for subsequent events after the first

Maintains existing cash winnings cap of $500 per participant at charitable games events

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
