Amends the Illinois Gambling Act to redirect 0.50% of adjusted gross receipts from the Waukegan riverboat/casino to Lake County for violence prevention programs.

At least 0.40% of the allocated funds must go directly to the Lake County State's Attorney's Gun Violence Prevention Initiative.

The remaining portion (up to 0.10%) would support community violence intervention partners in Lake County.

Funds would be distributed monthly from tax revenue already deposited into the State Gaming Fund.
