Amends the Adult Protective Services Act to allow courts to grant ex parte temporary injunctions in cases of financial exploitation of eligible adults when immediate danger exists and irreparable harm is likely.

Authorizes courts to freeze assets and lines of credit of eligible adults held in various forms (sole, joint, trust, or guardianship accounts) and to bar respondents from the eligible adult's residence.

Establishes that ex parte temporary injunctions may last up to 15 days, with one extension of up to 30 additional days for good cause, followed by a mandatory full hearing.

Requires courts to consider factors including prior protection orders, history of exploitation, the eligible adult's decision-making capacity, and the respondent's criminal history when evaluating reasonable cause.

Sets filing fees of $75 for cases involving assets between $1,500 and $5,000, and $200 for assets exceeding $5,000, with costs taxable against the respondent if an injunction is granted.
