Amends the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/3) to expand the definition of "unduly burdensome" requests that public bodies may deny.

Allows public bodies to deem repeated FOIA requests for commercial purposes as unduly burdensome when the same person submits requests seeking similar or updated records.

Existing law already permits denial of repeated requests from the same person for identical, unchanged records; this bill extends that protection to cover requests for similar or updated commercial-purpose records.
