Amends the Illinois Pharmacy Practice Act to establish inventory standards for large pharmacy chains, defined as entities operating 10+ retail locations statewide or 50+ nationally, or those owned by national/regional corporations using centralized inventory systems

Requires each retail pharmacy location to maintain minimum inventory sufficient to cover existing patients' needs for up to 14 days without restocking

Mandates implementation of predictive restocking practices at each location to prevent or mitigate future inventory shortages

Requires pharmacies to provide timely mail-order fulfillment, including overnight shipping when medically necessary, if a prescription cannot be filled in-store to ensure patients experience no missed doses
