Expands the definition of "long term care facility" under the Abused and Neglected Long Term Care Facility Residents Reporting Act to include facilities licensed under the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act.

Removes supportive living facilities from the definition of "domestic living situation" under the Adult Protective Services Act.

Shifts oversight of assisted living and supportive living facilities from the Adult Protective Services framework to the long-term care facility abuse and neglect reporting system.

Requires mandated reporters to report suspected abuse or neglect of residents in assisted living facilities to the Department of Public Health rather than through adult protective services.
