Requires social media platforms to display a mental health warning label each time a user logs in, which must remain visible until the user acknowledges potential harm or exits the platform

Mandates pop-up notifications at least every 30 minutes of active use, informing users of their consecutive session time and total daily usage on the platform

Warning labels must include information about negative mental health impacts and provide crisis resources, including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Department of Public Health will develop evidence-based guidelines for warning label content and periodically review and update them

Violations constitute unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, with enforcement authority granted to the Attorney General
