Amends the Illinois State Police Law to allow successful completion of Illinois State Police in-service training to satisfy the mandatory training requirements for law enforcement officers under the Illinois Police Training Act.

In-service training completion will fulfill the ongoing training requirements needed every 3 years, including scenario-based and mandatory firearms training for certification waivers.

Satisfactory completion can be evidenced by a commission or certificate issued to the officer, documentation of separation from Illinois State Police in good standing, or both.
