Authorizes advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) licensed under the Nurse Practice Act to intentionally administer radiation to human beings

Permits APRNs to supervise physician assistants, technologists, nurses, and other assistants who administer radiation under Illinois Emergency Management Agency accreditation

Adds APRNs to the list of professionals (alongside physicians, dentists, and podiatrists) who may supervise radiation administration in the Radiation Protection Act of 1990

Removes APRNs from the category of personnel who must be accredited by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency to administer radiation, elevating their status to that of supervising practitioners

Amends both the Nurse Practice Act (adding Section 65-46) and the Radiation Protection Act of 1990 (Sections 5 and 6) to implement these changes
