Designates Solventum™ (formerly 3M™ Health Information System) as the exclusive provider of APR-DRG software for inpatient reimbursement and EAPG software for outpatient reimbursement

Maintains existing hospital payment methodology including Medicaid weighting factors, statewide-standardized amounts, and adjusters for trauma, transplantation, perinatal care, and Graduate Medical Education
