IL HB4834

Exempts testosterone, mifepristone, misoprostol, GnRH analogues, and estrogen from Illinois Prescription Monitoring Program tracking requirements.

Requires the Department of Human Services to purge all existing prescription monitoring records related to testosterone prescribing and dispensing by January 1, 2027.

Prohibits the creation or maintenance of any future records concerning testosterone prescriptions in the Prescription Monitoring Program database.

Mandates the Department adopt updated rules consistent with these changes no later than January 1, 2027.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
