IL HB4860

Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to void provisions in oral agreements or written instruments relating to real property suited for medical procedures that restrict conveyance, occupancy, or lease based on providing reproductive health care

Invalidates conditions, restrictions, or prohibitions—including rights of entry or possibilities of reverter—that limit use or occupancy of medical property based on reproductive health care services

Makes it a civil rights violation to insert any provision into a written instrument that would be void under this new section

Applies only when voiding the restrictive provision would not conflict with another law
