Creates the Future of Work Task Force to assess how automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies will affect employment, wages, and skill requirements in Illinois

Task Force will develop job standards for middle-class working conditions, identify future job opportunities, and propose workforce development, training, education, and apprenticeship programs

Membership includes 29 members appointed by legislative leaders and the Governor, representing business, labor, environmental, and education communities, plus state agency directors from Labor, Commerce, Employment Security, Education, Community College Board, and Board of Higher Education

Initial appointments must be finalized by August 31, 2027, with members serving 5-year terms and meeting monthly; members serve without compensation

Final report due to the Governor and General Assembly by August 31, 2028, and every 5 years thereafter, with the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity providing administrative support
