Requires the Department of Human Services to annually publish assessment instruments used by its Bureau of Accreditation, Licensure, and Certification (BALC) beginning January 1, 2027

Assessment instruments are those used to survey and license providers of community-integrated living arrangement (CILA) homes for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act by adding new Section 76.3

Requires the Department to adopt rules to implement the publication requirement

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
