Requires Department of Human Services funds appropriated for assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) projects in State Fiscal Year 2027 to be distributed evenly across Illinois' 25 judicial circuit court jurisdictions

Establishes funding preference for projects that expand access or improve success rates for assisted outpatient treatment programs serving people with serious mental illness

Gives priority to projects working with judicial circuit courts to assist individuals participating in court-ordered assisted outpatient treatment programs

Amends the Department of Human Services Act by adding new Section 10-85

Effective date of July 1, 2026
