Authorizes the Illinois State Board of Education to provide statewide guidance to school districts on workforce development curriculum covering artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and other emerging technologies.

Guidance may be adopted at the district, school, or classroom level and must include best practices for preparing students for future workforce competencies and career opportunities in technology fields.

Requires the State Board to conduct a comprehensive review of technology-focused workforce curriculum and pilot programs implemented or considered in other states.

Allows the State Superintendent to convene stakeholder meetings with employers, business organizations, educational entities, and career-focused nonprofits when developing the guidance.

Implementation is subject to appropriation, and public comments may be accepted and published electronically before finalizing the guidance.
