Establishes the Intelligent Speed Assistance Program requiring court-ordered participants to install certified speed-limiting systems on all vehicles they own or operate

Participants who fail to comply face license suspension, revocation, or civil penalties; all program costs are borne by the participant unless found indigent

Zero Traffic Fatalities Task Force is responsible for certifying intelligent speed assistance systems and adopting rules for installation, maintenance, and certification

Prohibits tampering with or attempting to circumvent installed intelligent speed assistance systems

Effective January 1, 2027, and removes the scheduled repeal of the Zero Traffic Fatalities Task Force
