Expands allowable delivery locations for prescription drugs from manufacturers and wholesale distributors to include the business address of a licensee registered with the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, not just the premises listed on the license

Authorizes delivery to health care entities if the licensee has notified the Department that the entity is authorized to receive prescription drugs on their behalf

Defines "health care entity" as a facility providing medical, dental, or veterinary services by a licensed practitioner who is responsible for receipt, storage, and use of drugs

Amends Section 56 of the Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act (225 ILCS 120/56), which is scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028
