Modifies the Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act to change the base survey requirements from gathering information on topics "including, but not limited to" specified areas to "such as" those topics, and dissolves the Task Force on Campus Sexual Misconduct Climate Surveys after completion of the 2027 base survey.

Removes the requirement that student members of the Board of Higher Education must begin serving on July 1.

Changes academic major reports from public universities to show average monthly student loan payments over 10 years instead of 20 years.

Replaces the job placement reporting metric from "average job placement rate within 12 months after graduation" to "percentage of graduates who remain continuously employed with the same employer in Illinois for 3 consecutive fiscal quarters."

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
