Requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) to establish an office serving as a single point of contact to guide businesses through state and local registration requirements

The new office would help navigate registrations across multiple agencies including the Secretary of State, Department of Revenue, Department of Labor, Environmental Protection Agency, and Department of Financial and Professional Regulation

DCEO must prepare and submit a report on small business registration and licensing requirements to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2026

Implementation is subject to appropriation of funding
