Amends the Illinois Criminal Code of 2012 to create a new offense for interfering with first responders performing their legal duties

Allows first responders to issue warnings prohibiting individuals from approaching or remaining within 14 feet if their presence may interfere with duty performance

Makes it unlawful to knowingly violate such a warning with intent to interrupt, disrupt, impede, threaten with physical harm, or harass the first responder

Defines "first responder" to include law enforcement officers, firefighters, peace officers, emergency medical services personnel, and probation officers

Violation classified as a Class A misdemeanor
