Updates references across multiple Illinois statutes including the Substance Use Disorder Act, Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code, Overdose Prevention and Harm Reduction Act, Illinois Public Aid Code, and County Jail Act

Repeals the Behavioral Health Workforce Education Center Task Force Act, the Advisory Council on Early Identification and Treatment of Mental Health Conditions Act, and the Strengthening and Transforming Behavioral Health Crisis Care in Illinois Act

Eliminates provisions requiring DHS to develop a strategic plan for improving access to inpatient psychiatric beds under the Health Inpatient Facility Access Act

Removes the 2-year pilot program requirement from the Health Care Workplace Violence Prevention Act and repeals a COVID-19 public health emergency provision in the Medical Assistance Article
