Beginning January 1, 2028, hospitals and pediatric health care facilities may use TeleSANE telemedicine systems allowing qualified medical providers to remotely supervise sexual assault forensic examinations via two-way audio and video.

Victims cannot be excluded from any part of a trial unless a written motion to exclude was filed at least 60 days before the trial date.

Law enforcement records involving multiple minor victims or multiple sex offense victims must redact identifying information of non-requesting victims when records are shared with victims and their attorneys.

The Address Confidentiality Program expands eligibility to household members of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, or stalking victims, not just the victims themselves.

Address Confidentiality Program participants may renew certification for additional 4-year periods without reapplying from scratch, and the Attorney General gains discretion to continue participation for those who legally change their names.
