Creates the Entertainment Water Access Act requiring entertainment venues to provide attendees with access to potable water during events

Venues must comply through one of three options: providing free bottled water, allowing attendees to bring their own bottled water, or permitting empty bottles and offering free water refills

Applies to amphitheaters, theaters, stadiums, arenas, racetracks, museums, amusement parks, clubs, and similar venues, but explicitly excludes movie theaters

Attorney General has enforcement authority and may provide compliance information to venue owners and operators

State's Attorneys or the Attorney General may seek injunctive relief for actual or imminent violations, with common law and statutory remedies preserved
