Authorizes cities, counties, the State, and community-based nonprofits to establish multiagency Family Justice Centers serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking in a single location

Centers must include staff from domestic violence providers, rape crisis organizations, legal services, mental health providers, law enforcement, State's Attorney offices, Children's Advocacy Centers, and other partner agencies

Survivors are not required to participate with law enforcement or the criminal justice system to receive services at a Family Justice Center

Requires centers to obtain informed, written, time-limited consent before sharing survivor information with partner agencies, with exceptions for mandatory reporting obligations

Centers must develop operating agreements, privacy policies, survivor feedback processes, and annual training standards in collaboration with community-based providers and survivors
