Requires laboratories to report test results showing alpha-gal immunoglobulin E levels of 0.1 kU/L or higher as suspected cases through electronic laboratory reporting systems

Directs the Department to submit annual reports to the CDC and publish tracking results on its website, including suspected cases, confirmed cases, and estimates of likely cases

Identifies Illinois as having one of the highest estimated prevalences of alpha-gal syndrome in the United States, with CDC data indicating approximately 90% of positive test results correlate with confirmed clinical symptoms
