Requires the State Universities Retirement System (SURS) Board of Trustees to provide an annual report to qualifying stakeholder organizations by August 1 each year

Defines "stakeholder" as nonprofit membership organizations that represent or serve at least 10% of SURS participants or annuitants

The report must include names, employer information, and zip codes for all active participants and annuitants in the system

Report delivery must be electronic

Amends the Illinois Pension Code by adding new Section 15-177.7
