Prohibits employers from firing, disciplining, or refusing to hire employees solely for lawfully storing a concealed firearm in their personal vehicle in the employer's parking lot

Requires firearms to be stored out of plain view or in a locked container within the vehicle, and the employee must lawfully possess the firearm under state and federal law

Grants employers immunity from civil liability for claims arising from lawfully stored firearms in employee vehicles, including theft, discharge, or misuse by third parties, unless the employer engaged in willful misconduct or gross negligence

Preserves employer authority to restrict firearms inside buildings, in employer-owned vehicles, and to discipline employees who brandish or mishandle firearms on premises

Allows aggrieved employees to file civil lawsuits within 2 years, with available remedies including reinstatement, back pay, benefit restoration, and attorney's fees
