Amends the Illinois Township Code to expand the methods by which township boards can provide required 7-day advance notice to property owners before cutting weeds, trimming trees, removing nuisance vegetation, or maintaining retention/detention ponds

Notice may now be served by certified mail, personal service, or by posting the notice in a prominent location on the property

Establishes that notice served by posting on the property is legally sufficient if proven by a date-stamped photograph showing the notice posted on the property
