Amends the Health Care Violence Prevention Act to prohibit health care providers from discouraging workers from contacting law enforcement or the Department of Public Health about workplace violence, and bars policies limiting such contact

Requires workplace violence prevention programs to include additional security measures such as alarms, adequate exit routes, monitoring systems, barrier protections, lighting, entry procedures, and systems to identify and flag individuals with prior violent acts at the facility

Establishes mandatory violent incident investigation procedures and recordkeeping and reporting requirements for health care providers regarding workplace violence incidents

Creates penalties for health care providers who fail to comply with the Act's requirements

Amends the Freedom of Information Act to exempt workplace violence records maintained by health care providers from public disclosure
