Creates the Human Services Equitable Pay Task Force within the Department of Human Services, to be established by December 31, 2026

Requires the Task Force to publish reports by December 1, 2027 and every 2 years thereafter examining recruitment, retention, and wage inequity in Illinois's human services sector

Addresses findings that 82% of surveyed human service professionals in Illinois do not make a living wage, contributing to the racial wealth gap

Task Force will examine grant levels and reimbursement rates since Fiscal Year 2021, wage patterns between community-based providers and State agencies, and funding interventions needed

Membership includes 13 Governor-appointed members representing DHS, statewide organizations, rural providers, labor unions, and human service professionals, with at least 3 members required to be BIPOC Executive Directors
