Renames the Family Bereavement Leave Act to the Bereavement Leave Act (also known as Zachary's Parent Protection Act) and consolidates multiple bereavement leave statutes into a single law by repealing the Child Extended Bereavement Leave Act.

Establishes tiered family bereavement leave based on employer size: 5 days for employees at companies with fewer than 50 workers and 10 days for employees at companies with 50 or more workers per 12-month period for deaths of covered family members or reproductive events.

Creates child extended bereavement leave for employees who lose a child, providing 3 weeks (employers under 50 employees), 6 weeks (50-249 employees), or 12 weeks (250+ employees) of unpaid leave per 12-month period.

Adds a new general bereavement leave provision allowing up to 3 days of unpaid leave per 12-month period to attend funerals, make arrangements, or grieve the death of any person.

Specifies that bereavement leave under this Act is in addition to federal Family and Medical Leave Act leave, and expands the definitions of "employee" and "employer" beyond federal FMLA standards to cover more workers.
