Amends the Workers' Compensation Act to require corporations, LLCs, and partnerships that sell or transport goods, or facilitate/broker transportation services, to pay workers' compensation to their immediate employees

Extends liability to these transportation-related businesses for compensation owed to employees of contractors or subcontractors they engage, unless those contractors have proper workers' compensation insurance

Allows businesses that pay compensation on behalf of contractors to recover those amounts from the contractor or subcontractor

Removes the "immediate premises" limitation for transportation service businesses, meaning coverage applies regardless of where the accident occurs (unlike other covered employers where accidents must occur on contracted work premises)

Makes conforming language changes throughout Section 1 of the Act, replacing gendered pronouns with "entity" terminology
