Requires court clerks to forward to the Secretary of State copies of citations, indictments, or information when a person is charged with a fatal crash violation, a Vehicle Code violation resulting in death, or reckless homicide

Enables the Secretary of State to use these records to impose driver's license revocations for individuals charged with offenses resulting in another person's death

Authorizes the Secretary of State to adopt rules establishing the manner and form for submitting these court documents

Designates the legislation as the "Protz-Liddy Act"

Takes effect January 1, 2027
