Creates the Illinois Menopause Equity and Care Act, requiring the Department of Public Health to develop and distribute online educational materials about menopause symptoms, treatment options, and patient rights, and to designate a "Menopause Awareness Week."

Mandates that beginning January 1, 2028, all individual and group health insurance policies must cover medically necessary perimenopause and menopause evaluation and treatment, including hormone therapy, low-dose antidepressants, FDA-approved nonhormonal therapies, and osteoporosis medications.

Requires health insurers to annually report menopause-related claims data, services used, and demographic information to the Department of Insurance.

Amends the Medical Practice Act to require physicians who treat menopause-related conditions to complete 5 hours of their required 50 continuing education hours on menopause care, including symptom management, hormonal and non-hormonal therapies, and bone health.

Adds "menopause-related condition" (including perimenopause, menopause, vasomotor symptoms, sleep disruption, cognitive/mood changes, and osteoporosis-related changes) as a protected class under the Illinois Human Rights Act, making discrimination or failure to provide reasonable accommodations a civil rights violation.
