Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 to establish specific timelines and procedures for transferring juvenile cases between counties when proceedings are initiated outside the minor's county of residence.

Requires the transferring court clerk to send authenticated copies of all court records to the receiving court within 15 working days after a transfer order is entered.

Mandates the receiving court clerk to schedule a status hearing within 10 business days of receiving the case and notify the judge and all parties.

Receiving courts must accept or reject transfers within 20 business days; the transferring court retains jurisdiction until formal acceptance is received.

Applies to proceedings involving Minors Requiring Authoritative Intervention, Addicted Minors, and Delinquent Minors, and takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
