Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987 to allow prescription labels for mifepristone, misoprostol, or generic alternatives to display the dispensing health care practice name instead of the individual dispenser's name, upon request.

Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act to permit prescription labels for mifepristone, misoprostol, or generic alternatives to show the prescribing health care practice name rather than the individual prescriber's name, at the prescriber's request.

Applies specifically to medication abortion drugs (mifepristone and misoprostol) and their generic equivalents.
