Amends the College and Career Success for All Students Act to require International Baccalaureate (IB) teachers to obtain appropriate training, subject to appropriation by the State Board of Education

IB teacher training must provide educators with content knowledge and instructional skills to prepare students for success in IB courses and examinations

Administrators, including principals and counselors, must receive professional development to create strong and effective IB programs in their schools

Expands the existing AP exam fee reduction program to also cover International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme subject fees for students who qualify for free or reduced-price lunches

State subsidy will reduce IB exam fees to the greatest extent possible based on available appropriation
