Requires school-wide programming during March (National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month) featuring student presentations, guest speakers, and family engagement

Establishes recognition systems for students, classes, and schools demonstrating exemplary inclusion practices; State Mandates Act may require reimbursement to school districts
