Amends the Public Community College Act to require voting members of community college boards of trustees to complete at least 1 hour of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) training as part of their existing professional development requirements

The DEIA training hour is incorporated within the already-required minimum 4-hour professional development leadership training that trustees must complete during their first, third, and fifth year of service

Applies to trustees elected or appointed after the effective date of the 99th General Assembly's amendment, or those appointed to fill vacancies of at least one year's duration

Community college districts must maintain on their websites the names of trustees who have and have not completed the required training
